   I’ve been taking my car to Europa Auto since July 2015, and I can honestly say they have earned my trust over the years. Arnt and his entire repair team have always been professional, knowledgeable, and committed to doing quality work. I’ve always felt that they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure my car is safe and reliable. Chris, the Customer Service Manager, is exceptional. He always takes the time to explain what is going on with my car, what needs to be done, and the cost, so I can make an informed decision without ever feeling pressured. He has also gone above and beyond to help me navigate my warranty company when needed. Having car trouble can be stressful, but knowing I can bring my car to Europa Auto gives me peace of mind. They are honest, dependable, thorough, and truly care about the people they serve. After more than 10 years, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.    Europa is the only one who has worked on my 1983 380 SL. They always do a great job and they are the only ones I trust to work on the car. I highly recommend them, have been going to them since 2007.

   Aart is an extremely talented and likable mechanic. The shop does good work on obscure Euros. It may take a while to get work done on your car if it’s older though I’m sure they could flex if required. I think they are working on this. Very very pricey imo but good work done.  Would highly recommend if you have the time to wait a little. They worked on two of my cars and did good with both.

   I waited a couple of months before writing this review to ensure my issue was fully resolved—and now I can confidently say that Europa Auto Shop truly delivered. I brought in my Mercedes GLC 300, which had major issues including a head gasket problem. Before this, I had taken it to Pep Boys, who unfortunately made things worse with additional issues. Europa Auto diagnosed the problem correctly and provided a fair and transparent estimate right over the phone. They resolved the issue quickly and thoroughly, and most importantly, took the time to patiently explain everything to me. They even offered a 3-year guarantee on all the repairs they performed. I really appreciate their professionalism, deep technical knowledge, and the respect they showed throughout the process. Arnt, in particular, is a true expert when it comes to premium vehicles. No matter how many times I called to check in, they never hesitated to update me or explain things clearly. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of with unnecessary repairs.  Verified  There's nothing like having a good mechanic you can trust. Luckily I have Europa Auto to service my Jaguar.  Arnt, Chris and the rest of the staff are the real deal. They inspected the car that I was buying second-hand from a dealer, spotted a significant problem (which the dealer fixed for free), and did some additional work on it for me.    I took my newly acquired used Mercedes-Benz SLK to be inspected at Europa because I just bought it and wanted to make sure there was no issues. If there was, I could return it within five days and receive my money back. They set up my appointment day after my call. After finding that everything was good they completed the B service so I would not have come back. This is my second time using Europa. They had taken care of another Mercedes I had years ago so there was no hesitation about having them check out my new one. I had multiple questions about my new car and Chris was generous with time and answered most of my questions. I would highly recommend them and I will be having all my work done by them as needed.

   Europa Auto is the best place to service your car. They are honest and trustworthy. I took my G Wagon to Arnt for a second opinion. Another place gave me an estimate for $5k to fix a laundry list of items. Arnt fixed my car for $600 and the issues the other place listed weren’t issues at all. Chris who runs the first desk is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

   Arnt and his team of mechanics at Europa Auto are top-class. I took my BMW there for just a routine tire rotation & balance and alignment check. During that service, they also noticed that my transmission pan was still leaking...something the dealer claimed to have fixed under warranty, but in fact did not. Ultimately, I just had Arnt's team take care of this because quite frankly I lost trust in Fields since they flat out lied to have repaired something they didn't. That was definitely the right call. My car is driving better than ever now. Not only is my drivetrain smoother, the ride is also having impeccably balanced and aligned tires. Make no mistake - Europa IS NOT the cheapest show in town. If you are looking for cheap work on European car, you bought the wrong vehicle and that's your own fault. Skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't skilled. You get exactly what you pay for at Europa - skilled mechanics that will treat you and your car with the highest level of respect. Save yourself the headache and hassle of the dealer and just come here instead. You won't regret it.

   Excellent Euro and domestic mechanics who know what they are doing based on years of top notch technical training and love of their work.  Arnt Johansen leads a dedicated group at Europa and when you get your vehicle back you know that it has been well taken care of.  I have no hesitation recommending Europa for all your car's needs: tires, engine, transmission, water leaks, suspension, electrical issues, etc.  This is an honest group that will do their job properly and at competitive rates that make you want to come back over and over.  I have had all my cars serviced at Europa: Mercedes, Jaguar, Nissan, BMW.  They can do it all.  And it has been a great 12 years!

   Excellent service and quality all around! Initially brought my E350 to get aligned but the tech spotted that I had a faulty upper ball joint, which he physically showed me. I replaced the ball joints and got it aligned. Europa Auto has the most honest and hard-working staff! They are the only ones I let service my car.

   I had a BMW few years ago and took it to a cheaper local shop for a transmission oil leak, they "fixed" it and my car never was the same after that, I finally sold it because I hated the fact thay it was not running the same. I guess you get what you pay for. After that I got an E350 and had to find a good shop (other then dealer) that can maintenance it. Friend recommend Europa Auto and THANK GOD he did! I am sure there are cheaper shops out there but if you have a $50k car trust me ,I learned the hard way, it's not worth it. These guys know their stuff. Highly recommend.

 Verified  My slk needed a repair related to the convertible. I have been here before, they are great but it's far 1 hour drive. So I took the car to another certified European car repair shop and they quoted me 1400$ with a 110$ diagnostic fee ( regardless if they do or don't perform the repair) .i decided to drive to Europa autoz. Arnt was super helpful, he checked the car without charging a diagnostic fee since the problem was already identified and did the job for about 800$. He didn't replace uncessary parts.    Great people who do superior work. They have always been honest with quotes and the price is as expected. 1971 280SL is not an easy car to work on or find parts for but they do a great job. I also needed some custom ac work done and it was handled. Arnt and Laszlo who worked on the car, and Chris and Alan on Mgt staff are easy to communicate with and all of them want to do the very best for your car. You can't beat their 3 yr warantee.    I have been a loyal customer the past 7 years. I have never had a bad experience and always felt like they were looking at things in my best interest. They will inspect your vehicle and offer suggestions for repairs or what they see could be issues down the road without pressuring you to act that day. They offer warranties on the parts and service they provide. I would not take my 2001 Mercedes anywhere else. GREAT PEOPLE!.

   I hired Europa Auto to Force Match and Balance four new wheels and tires.  I'm extremely pleased with the result and I especially appreciated how they painted the wheel weights to match the color of my wheels.  The weights now blend in with the wheel color instead of stand out.  If you are looking for a local shop that has a Road Force GSP9700 balancer and the Hunter Hawkeye Elite alignment rack, this is the place.

We have both cars Audi and BMW ,will never takes any where else since we found Europa for past 2 years . Works in our cars for details , I have had my problem with Audi 2012 , with recall and the dealer I bought never fixed it and let me bought the car , problem with one another that Europa have to done all the works , fixed one by one . Just the blessing to find Europa , we are so grateful to all Europa teams . They helped you with finance , I would advice anyone after purchase their cars , please stop by at Europa to have them all full check up . Will not be disappointed .  Verified  I've been using Europa Auto for a couple of years now, so it's about time I wrote a review. I have a 10 year old Range Rover that's going through aging pains. The local dealership tried to sell me on a very expensive solution so I got a second opinion from Europa. The dealership had misdiagnosed the problem. Arnt Johansen's team fixed it in a couple of hours and I've been using Europa ever since. These people actually give a darn about their customers. They've never charge me more that their estimate, which they give me in advance, and they make a follow-up call 30 days later to ask if there are any problems. They're honest and they look out for their customers. They even help you get financing from Bosch if you can't afford to fix your car.    Europa auto is tucked away in a small business parkway in Maitland, FL, you could say it's a hidden gem.   My 2007 BMW 328i had a starter fail and the crew at Europa got my car assessed the same day.  The quote to fix my car was 35% less what Fields BMW of Winter Park quoted.  I was very nervous taking my car to someone other than the dealer but once you talk with the owner Arnt he will make you feel at ease.   Arnt is highly educated in the world of European cars and was nice enough to ease my concerns by talking to me about what my car needs immediately and what can wait.  I was even give a tour of their state of the art garage, it is super clean and high tech.  Europa auto will also give you a 2 year warranty on any repair!  Anyways as you can tell I was very happy and would highly suggest using Europa unless you like sitting around Fields BMW, eating cheap food and overpaying for your repair.  Thanks Matt H.

 Verified  Took my mercedes for an oil change but i got alot more service than i expected, much better than a dealership. Chris went over all the details he checked on during the service, like battery issues, the % of brake pad wear, and other details that I was unaware of about the car. A few days later after the oil change I got a follow up call to check in to see if everything was still good with the car. Great service!

 Verified  Great service...Great Value!! Have previously almost always taken my car to the dealership. The long and short of it is that these guys know their stuff. Probably cost me almost half of what I would have paid at the dealer. Now, granted, I did like the service person that I used at the dealer & he really didn't try to sell me. These guys went over what they found while checking out my car & we discussed what was needed and what we should hold off on. How often do you get a business to do that. Yet, that is the way that it should be. The staff is quite friendly & courteous & the owner did what he had to do. An employee did not come into work that day & he told me that it would be 1/2 hr to get me someone to take me home. It was obvious that I was not happy with that. A couple of minutes later he was driving me home. The owner also told me tips about better caring for my car then what the dealer had told me.
